Founded in 2004, TheAnonymousEmail.com was created as a new vehicle of self expression. In the spirit of the First Amendment, it aspires to extend the freedom of speech without forcing anyone to isolate and identify themselves.
As the creators of TheAnonymousEmail.com, it is our belief that there are some things which must be expressed, even when the speaker must remain anonymous. In the normal course of our daily lives, we all have hundreds of thoughts, wishes, and frustrations that we cannot voice without concern for some personal repercussion. Many of those sentiments are useless and quickly forgotten. But some are truly important to us and linger . . . waiting for a chance at expression.
TheAnonymousEmail.com is your place to express them and we'll always defend your free speech to the fullest extent, even it it means going to court to do so.
The following press releases illustrate the cases we've defended and won:
Aug 16, 2005 - Court Orders TheAnonymousEmail.com to Turn Over Subscribers Name and Personal Information
Aug 3, 2006 - TheAnonymousEmail.com Successfully Obtains Clarification of Federal "Annoyance Law" in Its Suit Against Attorney General Gonzalez and the Federal Government
Nov 29, 2007 - In What's Been Called a Landmark Decision, the Arizona Appelate Court Upheld the First Amendment Right of Individuals to Speak Anonymously on the Internet
